They
are located in Metrit and Chekka region.
They produce 7.5 million eggs per year.
Eggs are collected daily fumigated,
disinfected and dispatched to the incubators
located in Chekka. Employees take a
shower and change clothes; trucks are
disinfected before entering the farms
to make sure the birds are kept free
from diseases.
The
Broiler Farms
The
broiler farms are located all over the
Lebanese territory. They grow 6 million
birds / year. Temperature, humidity
and ventilation are carefully controlled
in all farms.
Birds are grown all in all out to minimize
the risk of infection and to deliver
to the consumer a healthy product.
