Boutros Farms enclose a modern and fully equipped
laboratory. Work in the laboratory is divided
into three major tasks: |
| Feed samples
are taken from the feed mill before
and after processing, to monitor the
feed quality. |
| Chicken blood samples
taken from the farms are tested regularly
to monitor the vaccination programs
and the health status. |
| Final product samples
coming from the slaughterhouse are tested,
to make sure they are free from pathogenic
agents and they comply with the Lebanese
and European specifications. |
